Seaweed dinner

A green plate, you probably wouldn't expect seaweed on that. Kee takes you on a culinary evening with matching drinks. A very appropriate menu of 9 courses has been prepared, in which you get acquainted with the various flavors of seaweed.

Why seaweed? It is also known as the vegetable of the future. Seaweed is grown on the water, without having to use fresh water, fertilizers and crop protection products. Seaweed also effectively helps with the absorption of C02. Sustainably grown seaweed can make a major contribution to people and the environment. This is of course completely up our alley and let's just live on a very rich seaweed coast in the Netherlands.
